The Type-K Thermocouple Food Temperature Probe (SF2K) provides accurate temperature readings in meat and food, and can easily be inserted with the sharp tip.
This probe is only compatible with the FireBoard 2 Pro.

Cable Range: -148 to 842˚F (-100 to 450˚C)
