Reversible cast iron griddle with matte porcelain coating. Use in place of cooking grid section. Fits 2013/2014 models and newer. Fits: Monarch 20, 40, 300 series. This double-sided cast iron plate features a matte porcelain coating. One side is ribbed, ideal for grilling meats and vegetables, while the smooth side is perfect for cooking delicate fish, seafood, or eggs. Designed to replace the grill grates, it heats up quickly and evenly for consistent results.
