Description

Common Reasons to Replace:
  • Ignition Failure (ER07): The grill won’t light.
  • Flame Sensor Error (0024): The grill loses flame or can’t detect it. 
How to Check & Replace (General Steps):
  1. Power Off & Unplug: Always disconnect power first.
  2. Access Firepot: Remove grates, drip tray, heat shield, and vacuum ash.
  3. Remove Old: Loosen set screw, pull out the old hot rod from the firepot.
  4. Install New: Connect the new unit, often taping wires to guide them, and secure it.
  5. Check Firepot: Ensure the firepot is seated correctly and clean.
