Which courier and transport services does Fourth Element use?
We have partnered with Mainfreight to transport oversized items and NZ Post for smaller deliveries. 

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being picked up by our freighter or courier. To cancel an order please contact us immediately on 0800 368 784. If, however, your order has been dispatched already, your order will need to be treated as a return. Please visit our Returns page for more information. 

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
Yes, as long as you contact us before your order is collected by the courier or freighter. To deliver to a different address, please contact us immediately on 0800 368 784

Where do I find my tracking number?
