TERMS OF SALE
This website (“site”) is operated by Fourth Element (referred to in these terms of sale as “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms of sale apply to your purchase of products via our website (fourth-element.co.nz) or in-store at our showroom at 911 Karamu Road, Hastings.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion commences on Friday, 1st December 2024, and concludes on Sunday, 24th December 2024, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

SALE EVENT TERMS & CONDITION
• Discounts increase daily during the Promotional Period, starting at 1% on 1st December 2024 and increasing by 1% each day, up to 24% on 24th December 2024. Discounts apply to in-stock items only and are subject to availability.
• Discounts exclude the purchase of gift cards, clearance items, and any installation or repair services. See full exclusions below.
• This promotion is valid for personal shoppers only. Trade customers are excluded.
• No pre-orders, backorders, rain checks, holds, or laybys will be permitted.
• All promotional sales are final, and items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by law.
• Flat-rate shipping applies: $20 for urban addresses and $40 for rural addresses nationwide.
• All discounts are calculated off the RRP, including GST. RRP refers to the price the item reverts to when it is not on promotion.

PROMOTIONAL EXCLUSIONS
The following are excluded from this promotion:-
• All Gozney products in-store and online
• The purchase of Gift Cards
• Any and all installation / repair services required

Fourth Element reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Fourth Element will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any product purchased.
